Garantiprovision, dvs. den provision, som låntager/udsteder/udbyder betaler til underwriters som modydelse for, at disse i forbindelse med et udbud garanterer afsætningen af værdipapirerne eller tegningen af aktierne. Provisionen beregnes som en fast procentdel af de garanterede værdipapirers pålydende værdi eller kursværdi. Se også gross spread, manager, management fee/commission, praecipium, selling concession/commission og stabilisation cost/profit.
